What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers about your business (such as revenue band and your biggest operational bottleneck). We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, schedule and manage the consultation you requested, and send you relevant follow-up about that booking. If you gave us your phone number, we may call you or send you text messages about your booking: confirmations, reschedule links, and running-late notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
What we never do
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business: scheduling (Calendly), messaging and telephony (Twilio), email, analytics, and our CRM. They process your details only on our instructions and only to deliver the services above.
Cookies and analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use this site, so we can improve it. It records the pages you visit, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and your device type and rough location. Anything typed into a field is masked, so Clarity does not see it. Microsoft processes this data for us and may store it in the United States; see the Microsoft privacy statement. For visitors in the UK, the EU and Switzerland, Microsoft does not set Clarity cookies unless you have agreed to them.
The booking calendar on our pages is provided by Calendly, which uses its own cookies to run the booking; see the Calendly privacy notice.
To object to analytics, email us at the address below, or block cookies and scripts from clarity.ms in your browser.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your details for as long as we have an active relationship with you or a legitimate business need. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email storm@oneclicksystems.co.uk and we'll action it promptly.
